Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Part-Time, Seasonal Start Date: 9/28/26, end date estimated 4/25/27, depening on performance and business need. 

Available shifts (All in Central Time Zone (CST):

• 12:30pm-7pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday


• 2:30pm-9pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday


• 12:30pm-7pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday


• 4am-10:30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday

Training: Monday-Friday, hours TBD 

Pay: Hourly range is $18.27-$24.00 per hour (made up of base + uncapped incentive potential)

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our seasonal customer service team! As a Customer Service Rep., you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding their ignition interlock devices (IID)—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during our busy season.

This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Answer a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism


• Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.


• Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed


• Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed.


• Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and efficiency


• Provide an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology tools


• Dependable and able to commit to a part-time, seasonal schedule


• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access

Technology:

• Computer, monitors and peripherals provided by the company


• Must have high-speed internet and connect via ethernet cable and modem
