RN Supervisor-Part Time

Attentive Care is a licensed, family- and veteran-owned home health care agency serving the Capital Region for nearly 50 years. We provide compassionate in-home nursing and caregiver services, earning recognition as a Best Homecare Agency Award winner (2024–2026).

As an RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care for our clients and supporting our dedicated team of home health aides and caregivers. You will oversee clinical operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to our agency's reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout the Capital District
• Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized care plans
• Providing quality assurance and case management oversight
• Supervising and supporting home health aides and caregivers
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Performing occasional on-call shifts with additional compensation

Required Qualifications:

• Current New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of recent RN or nursing experience
• English proficiency sufficient for clinical documentation and patient communication
• Ability to travel for in-home visits across the Capital District (Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes, Saratoga, Rensselaer areas)
• Availability for a variable on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in home health or homecare nursing
• Experience using HHAeXchange

• Highly competitive hourly compensation: $40–$50 per hour
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply)
• Daytime hours with flexible scheduling; part-time may be considered
