This recruitment offers a $10,000 Recruitment Incentive to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine 

UW Medical Center – Northwest has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in working at our Childbirth Center. We have opportunity for an experienced nurse in Nursey Care Unit Nurse/Neonatal ICU.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
include but not limited to

·  The autonomy to practice to highest level of license.

·  Assist in the labor and delivery process

·  Administration of medication, including epidurals.

·  Help mother and baby in baby’s first breastfeeding

·  Assist in mother and baby couplet care.

SCHEDULE:

·  90% Night shift (36hrs.Weekly)

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Two or more years in as an Nursey Care Unit or level 2 NICU or higher Nurse.

·  Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.

·  Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$45.59 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$83.64 hourly

Other Compensation:

Sign on bonus $10,000/ Relocation aviliable BSN or higher premium $1.00/hr. Certification pay $1.25/hr. Night Shift Differential $5.00/hr. Weekend shift Differential $4.00/hr.-Sunday night premium $3.00/hr. Overtime pay
