Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking center, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitors, employees, and/or vendors, verifying authorization as directed by site procedures, and reporting discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
• Support closing and opening activities, observe cash-handling and restricted areas from an assigned post, and assist with emergency notifications and/or response procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
