Server/Waitstaff, FT

**$13.00 per hour **

We currently need persons for the following shifts:

6:30 AM-3:00 PM Monday through Friday
 

SERVER AND WAIT STAFF DESCRIPTION:

The Waitstaff provide exceptional dining service to residents in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner while maintaining an environment of teamwork and first-class customer service. They will receive residents, takes residents' orders, and processes those orders in a timely manner with a professional demeanor. 

SERVER AND WAIT STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet residents and escort them to tables as needed.
• Present menus to diners, suggest dinner courses, and answers questions regarding food preparation.
• Relay orders to kitchen, serves courses from kitchen, and operates Point of Service (POS) system.
• Maintain assigned station, including resetting linen, table pieces, and chairs.
• Clean and bus tables and polish silver.
• Complete other cleaning duties and helps with catering events as assigned by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SERVER AND WAIT STAFF QUALIFICATIONS:

• Motivated to learn.
• Maintain excellent sanitary practices.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in serving our residents.
