Berg Hospitality is an award winning restaurant group founded in Houston, TX. Buttermilk Baby reimagines the All-American soda fountain with modern techniques paired with diner style dishes and soft serve ice cream. The restaurant will feature breakfast platters, flakey biscuits, fried chicken sandwiches, burgers, and salads in a fast casual setting. We are seeking Shift Leader for our Houston, TX, location.

Qualifications:

• TABC & FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATIONS
• 2 years in full – service restaurant, hospitality mentality, team player.
• Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
