Shift Supervisor

Full-Time | Part-Time | Reports to: Director of Nursing

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You’ll oversee daily care services, lead and support resident service staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified care that promotes independence.

Shift:

6a-6:30p

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
   
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed.
   
• Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
   
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
   
• Enforce safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
   

Qualifications:

• CNA, CENA, MA, LPN, or equivalent experience.
   
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
   
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
   
• Experience working with elderly populations preferred.
   
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
   

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and assist residents with personal care.
