Responsibilities:
- Effectively retrieve shoes from back stocks and transport them to the staging area for sales associates
- Process unpurchased items and customer returns to their correct locations while maintaining an organized work environment to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist in Men’s, Women’s, and Youth shoe departments as needed
- Proactively engage customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer immediate assistance
- Ensure all necessary technology and devices are prepped and functional prior to the start of each shift
- Partner closely with Specialty Shop Managers to identify and address urgent department needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly to customers and team members
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levers of the organization
- The ability to perform basic calculations
- Ability to work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), preferred
- 1-3 months of related retail/sales experience, preferred
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
- The Shift: 2-3 shifts a week during the day (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with the occasional evening shift (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Pay: The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR.
