Strike Zone Attendant - Kane County Concessions

The Kane County Cougars are looking for friendly, efficient, and service-driven individuals to join our Strike Zone premium hospitality area as Food & Beverage Service Staff. The Strike Zone offers an upscale game day experience with private seating and direct access to food and beverages. Team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a first-class experience during games and special events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their time in the Strike Zone.

• Set up food and beverage stations prior to guest arrival.

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.

• Clear dishes, cups, and trash throughout service to maintain a clean and comfortable space.

• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area at all times.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of the Strike Zone area before and after each event.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and hospitality leads to ensure smooth operations.

• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods up to 50lbs

• Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
