Serve as a key resource to Schools and University departments for Human Resources and Payroll systems and data related issues. Share the responsibility for entering HR record transactions into HR Workday system and ensure that they are accurately processed and documented. Prioritize and delegate work based on payroll deadlines and level of importance/urgency and provide guidance to HR Transaction Processing staff and HR Staffing and Generalists. Provide a high level of administrative support in the area of Paid Time Off policy and maintenance, Benefits Programs. Provide technical support to the Manager of HR Transaction Processing and Systems.

4. Superior interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of faculty and administration.
5. Well developed computer skills .
6. Ability to learn quickly and be able to apply the skills learned with minimal
supervision
7. Must have experience with Workday, Yale's Web based Self-Service
applications, Paid Time Off system and all Time Entry and streamlined data entry applications.
8. Self directed, ability to take initiative, problem solve, and exercise independent judgment.

At least 8 years or related work experience, at least a Bachelor's degree
Principal Responsibilities
1. Leads a unit or function, including overseeing and coordinating projects or work processes, and distributes the work of a minimum of two full time employees. 2. Coordinates the work in a unit. Coordinates projects and work processes. Serves as a principle source of information to clients who have business with or interest in the units. 3. Serves as a principle source of information on specialized reproduction techniques and equipment problems. 4. Performs a range of reproduction functions; demonstrates reproduction processes to other staff and visitors. Collects, compiles and evaluates time and production data. Prepares reports. 5. Explains and describes use of specialized computerized digital conversion systems, scanners, imaging and camera equipment. 6. Operates computerized microfilm digital conversion systems, scanners, imaging, and camera equipment. 7. Maintains financial reports, reconciles accounts, and inputs/transfers data based on experience with current University Systems. Reviews accounting records for accuracy and reporting. Prepares reports. Determines methods and materials for production. 8. Reviews unit products for accuracy and completeness. Processes film according to archival standards. Converts materials to digital image. Sets up, tests, operates, disassembles, cleans, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment. 9. Provides client service and technical support related to the program or function. Ensures client and users are provided with appropriate and efficient assistance. 10.
