Temporary Part-Time Receptionist

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday through Friday

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Temporary Receptionist to support our office in Arcade, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. This role would be for between 8 to 16 weeks. 

Responsibilities

• Greet applicants, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with applicant check-ins and onboarding paperwork
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• File documents and assist with general administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area organized and welcomin

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
