The Testing Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Manager, Testing Center is responsible for the administration of tests, maintenance of test security and confidential information, and customer service support for testing services. Tests are administered in computerized and paper based formats.Posting Date:

19Job Description:
Administers tests in strict compliance with all testing rules, regulations and procedures.
Monitors testing rooms to ensure examinees are complying with testing rules and procedures.
Provides customer service support and information about testing services to students, staff members in other departments and others requesting general information by telephone, email, fax, or in person.
Schedules testing appointments for examinations.
Provides clear and concise testing instructions to examinees as well as other exam-related information to students, faculty, staff and community members.
Reports any suspected violations of testing rules and procedures such as cheating and identity fraud, by examinees to supervisor.
Assists supervisor in organizing files, work space and other special projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Position requires the flexibility to work 19 hours per week including mornings and afternoons Monday - Friday.
