Urology Physician

Job Title: On Call Urology Physician
Location: The Orlando VAHCS, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL, 32827.
Job Type: Part time.
Schedule: Coverage is needed for 24 hours starting at 7:00 am Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.
Responsibilities:

• Provide urology care, including surgeries and consultations, during on-call hours.
• Supervise other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Follow clinical and safety standards.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
• Participate in performance evaluations every six months.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Valid medical license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Possess proof of a negative Tuberculosis, Measles Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Acellular Pertussis, Influenza and Covid-19 Testing.
• Medical Liability Insurance.
