Description & SummaryA career in our Ethics and Business Conduct - Practice Support practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.Our team helps PwC develop and design effective compliance and ethics initiatives that help us proactively manage our ethics and compliance programmes. Experience with Sharepoint / Power BI.Soft Skills:Organized, autonomy, independence, team collaboration, strong communicator, self starter.Degree Preferred:Bachelor's degreeCertification(s) Preferred:PMP and/or Six SigmaPreferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates strategic thinking and has a proven record of both designing and delivering successful programs and projects. Keen project management, delivery and continuous improvement skills, techniques and tools, including proven ability to bring historical risk, independence, and compliance knowledge while focusing on the following areas:Understanding the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) global delivery strategy and delivery model and supporting its execution in alignment with firm strategy;Enabling ethics and compliance program implementation in Acceleration Centers and supporting ongoing operations with E&C program teams in the Acceleration Centers (ACs);Interacting with a broad team and maintaining positive and trust-based relations with stakeholders, delivery managers and leadership and driving meetings and communications amongst these various teams and stakeholder groups;Exemplifying leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills;Supporting delivery coordination, planning and operations across E&C teams and AC teams;Using metrics to identify, report on, and highlight opportunities for services and process improvements;Collaborating with E&C functional teams, PwC stakeholders and ACs on how best to operate seamlessly as they work together;Liaising with E&C Technology team, functional teams and ACs to facilitate automation, wherever possible;Collaborating with ACs and E&C functional teams to plan for and lead transitions of existing work from US/other locations to ACs;Liaising with recruiters, functional teams and ACs to manage recruiting process and status updates working with the E&C functional teams and ACs;Monitoring and updating headcount tracking and related Table of Organization charts, budget tracking and other operational reporting;Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and sharepoint sites;Executing E&C third party labor and invoicing processes and reporting, and;Liaising across the firm and within E&C to enable financial, resource-related and operational processes for E&C;Understand the importance of have a correct information management;Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection;Correct Information Security ManagementEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor DegreeCertifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages EnglishTravel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End Date
