Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in the development of our venture capital-backed startup. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our client’s CEO to translate the company's vision into actionable product roadmaps. You will engage directly with clients to gather feedback and iteratively enhance product features. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, as well as the ability to make strategic technical decisions to drive product strategy forward.

• Collaborate with the CEO to translate the company's vision into a practical product roadmap.
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Balance front-end and back-end development efforts to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Assume a pivotal role in technical decision-making processes and contribute to overall product strategy.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Python, Django, React, and API development.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in startup or fast-paced environments, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Swagger, and RestfulAPI.
• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, HTML, MUI, React.js , and Google Analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming principles and hosting solutions on Azure.
• Preferential knowledge in integrating CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, quick decision-making skills, and proficiency in managing rapid development cycles.
