Job Intro:

Ridge is looking at add a Junior Project Manager to work with our Studio, Art, Performance Creative and adjacent marketing departments to establish a process of managing digital assets through the Go-To-Market (GTM) process. You will ensure that assets are created, edited, cataloged, and handed off efficiently, making sure we are operating efficiency while having transparency across the Marketing Department. You will work closely with the best Project Management Team in eCommerce reporting to our Brand Project Manager and Director of Project Management, along with various other project managers.

  • Shepherd digital assets through the Go-To-Market (GTM) process, from creation to editing, cataloging, and handoff.
  • Work closely with the Brand Operations team, particularly with Weston, to ensure edits are pushed and assets are delivered on time.
  • Serve as a checkpoint and reference for the location and lifespan of assets.
  • Utilize post-production and retouching skills as needed.
  • Responsible for auditing all Task Tracking with respect to Asset creation and Cataloging.
  • Sit in on team meetings to track workflow progress, keep notes, and set action items for the team to compelte.
  • Keep notes on all meetings to make quick edits to workflow dates
  • Studio Calendar maintanence and auditing
  • Track all inbound Samples for creative needs
  • Tracking Product Samples to send to creators

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Experience using Notion as a Task Management system is required.
  • Work experience on the marketing side of a business - experience in digital asset management is preferred
  • Experience using Slack is required
  • Experience using Figma is highly preferred, other flow charting tools are relevant
  • Ability to ask questions on a meeting
  • Being comfortable posting in Slack with up to 150 people in a channel
