At #Cognizant, we have an ideal opportunity for you to be part of one of the largest companies in the digital industry worldwide.A company where we look for people who contribute new ideas, experiencing a dynamic and growing environment.At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.We are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.What you ll do?As a Service Desk Agent, you will oversee the support needed by the employees of the company, handling service desk requests via phone, chat and email.What do we value?People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative,with excellent customer service and communication skills.Key Responsibilities :- Service Desk support for retail chain employees.- Resetting / Unlocking of passwords.-- System restoration.-- Requests for new users.-- Requests for new equipment.-- Assistance for cameras and store sound.Necessary skills and experience required :- 0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.-- Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk / Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).-- Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese.
