We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English) to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and bilingual individual proficient in Spanish and English to join our team as a Bilingual Sales Representative, specializing in Durable Medical Equipment (DME). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of DME products to healthcare professionals and facilities serving Spanish-speaking communities. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner. Collect patient information, including personal details, medical history, and insurance coverage, using electronic medical record systems or paper forms. Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details, including copayments, deductibles, and any pre-authorizations required for services. Explain financial responsibilities to patients and assist them in understanding insurance benefits and billing procedures. Coordinate appointments and referrals for patients with various healthcare providers or departments within the facility. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
