Account Manager - with Growth Opportunities

We are seeking a sales-experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and to support our continued sales growth across Australia. We also anticipate the ideal candidate soliciting new business across the territory to upsell and cross sell up to 2000 different products - the opportunities are endless!

• High base salary + vehicle + a great commission structure
• Work entirely autonomously, with trust to do your job
• 4-6 nights away from home every month (all expenses are covered), with occasional travel to New Zealand.

The Role:
Working out of our Sydney office in Paramatta, you will be the only Australian based employee, so working from home, remote work, and flexible working is a part of the role. You will report into our Directors and Sales Manager based in our New Zealand Head Office and also includes the personal servicing of a sales area across NSW and Melbourne.

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Analysing of sales data to develop relevant customer insights and grow sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our offerings to existing clients
• Will see you truly understand your customers' business and how you can add value and contribute, as well as a genuine passion for beauty/skincare products
• Head Office key account management; planning, follow-up, and adherence to deadlines

About You

• 3-5 years of proven account management or other sales experience
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• A motivated self starter
• Existing relationships in Pharmacy/Health/ Grocery at both store and head office levels are preferred
• Computer literate across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective merchandising and visual display skills
• Proven success in a prior sales role
• proven success working autonomously
