The role is based out of our Wetherill Park medical centre with the primary focus on delivering our mission which is to provide employers with occupational health solutions that allow their employees to return home safely from work each day. About the role
Due to our rapidly expanding footprint in NSW, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Clinic Coordinator to drive and support the integration of our flagship clinic at Wetherill Park. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of running the practice as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service and providing clinical support to the Logic Health medical professionals. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To coordinate all administrative functions for Logic Health
  • To be the key point of contact for clients, patients and third parties on reports, accounts, and general requests for information regarding Work Cover, pre-employment medicals, health assessments
  • To assist in business development of Logic Health
  • To provide a high level of customer service and administration support to both the Medical Professionals and to Clients
  • To be the Logic Health Administration subject matter expert and develop an effective working relationship with the broader clinic team
  • To assist in the set-up of new Logic Health clinics at identified locations  

Experience & Attributes

  • Experience in Customer Service; Reception or Administration is desirable 
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Workers Compensation is desirable 
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with a strong level attention to detail
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
