Our client is an established and well known Luxury Residential builder who have a strong pipeline of work. They build Architecturally designed high-end projects around the Eastern suburbs.



Job description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on a high-end Luxury Duplex at Bondi valued at $5M. The Piling is already complete, ready for you to commence building the structure and compete the finishings. Working closely with the Construction Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• 70% Management 30% on tools as required (Inc. Site set-outs etc..)
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
• Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors 
• Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
• Accurate Site set-outs
• Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile
To be successful you will need at least 2 - 5 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects.  It is essential that you have worked on high-end Luxury renovations or New Built projects and are able to manage a project independantly with the support of a Contract Administrator and Project Manager. Ideally you will be from a Carpentry trade background, but this is not essential.
