Monash House Private Hospital is an independent, boutique private hospital serving south-east Melbourne. We are a creative, patient focused team with the ability to work differently to hospitals with large corporate constraints.  We pride ourselves on individual patient experiences, that offer personalised care interwoven with the latest technologies. 

Monash House Private Hospital has been on an exciting post pandemic growth journey extending our offering into two additional specialities in the last two years.  The Hospital offers surgeons a fast-paced approach that doesn’t compromise on patient experience.  The hospital features four operating theatres for surgical procedures and a CT facility for interventional procedures. Our current surgical specialties are Ophthalmology, Interventional Pain, Maxillo-Facial/Oral Surgery, Minor Orthopaedics.  Additionally, the Hospital has the ability and vision to stand up Gynaecology and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery very near future.  For patients requiring additional care or for patients undergoing more extensive surgery, we are able to provide for that in our 8 bed overnight ward.

The role

This is a key role, responsible for enhancing the delivery of the organisation’s Business Development, Marketing Plan and Communication Strategy.  The role is supported by our external marketing co-ordinator.

This is a hands-on role, with great opportunity for professional development.

Successful Candidates will be:

• Passionate in the delivery of high-quality communications and interpersonal skills as you will be speaking to medical specialists from a variety of disciplines.
• Past experience working in sales roles in health, pharmaceutical, radiology or other health sectors, desired and strongly weighted.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and a can-do attitude. 
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment. 
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Current Driver’s License
• A current Police Check
