About the Positions

We currently have job opportunities at Ace Renovation Group below. Maintenance Estimator will play a crucial role in our operations by leveraging their expertise and knowledge to provide accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients. Project Coordinator will oversee and manage jobs involving various trades within our organisation. This role will possess strong multitasking abilities, quick thinking skills, and a solid understanding of basic home maintenance and trade interactions.

As a Maintenance Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and requirements

• Conduct thorough assessments of project scope, specifications, and timelines

• Utilise industry knowledge and best practices to develop accurate cost estimates

• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals to clients in a timely manner

• Maintain a database of pricing information, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed of pricing changes and competitive landscape

*You will need to have a minimum 3 years’ experience quoting and estimating in the maintenance industry and strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders

• Liaise with different tradespeople including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other specialists

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic home maintenance concepts and practices

• Provide guidance and support to trades regarding specific requirements and client expectations

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, trades, subcontractors, and clients

• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders

* Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction, renovation, or maintenance industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

All candidates will be required to have minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination and undertake background and probity checks including National Police Clearance.
