Site Manager - $7M Build - Vaucluse - 5 day working week - Growth-Minded Organization

Site Manager | $7M Build | Vaucluse | 5 day working week | $130k - $170k + Super | June / July Start 

A multiple award winning architecturally designed home builder with a strong pipeline of work rolling into 2026 is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. The initial project is a $7M new build home in Vaucluse designed by a well know Architect. There will be clear communication and you will have support from the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Leading Hand and carpentry team. 
  
Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely, within budget and to a high standard
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all workers comply with health and safety regulations
• Monitor progress and report weekly to the Project Manager
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

  
Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in Leading Hand / Site Management 
• Experience working on Architecturally designed homes 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a construction project from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
