Hart Marine is offering an amazing opportunity to be part of our team of Specialty Boat Builders in manufacturing large fiberglass Pilot and Police Vessels.  With an increasing demand worldwide, we have some fantastic opportunities for an experienced Boat Builder to join our team.

Duties include the following:

• Fabricate and assemble boat components using various composite materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Perform layup and vacuum bagging of composite materials.
• Operate machinery and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Previous experience in boat building is essential

Hart Marine is located in across two sites. This position is for our Somerville site at Yaringa Boat Harbour. In close proximity to Koo Wee Rup, Langwarrin, Pearcedale, Tyabb, Hastings, Crib point, Balnarring, Red hill and Flinders as well as Rye, Dromana, Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside areas of Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Patterson Lakes, Mordialloc.
