Food Process Worker x 10 - Excellent Benefits Package

Our client is one of the largest suppliers of snack foods in Australia manufacturing the best quality products of the most loved brands. They are currently building a new facility in Erskine Park that requires Food Process Workers for fulltime, permanent positions. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who want a fresh start in a new factory with new facilities. 

With various positions available for production and machine operators, we are only considering those with similar experience. All shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a face-to-face information session and will be provided with induction packs. 

To be Considered for this Position:

• You must have previous experience working within the manufacturing industry in either production or operating machinery
• Provide full working rights within Australia
• Be able to provide 2 x recent references
• Hold a current drivers license with your own transport
• Be able to attend our Campbelltown office for a face-to-face information session 

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery in a safe manner
• Packaging and labelling products
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Following written instructions accurately
• Collaborating effectively with team members

Required Criteria:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to pass psychometric and behaviour testing
• Physically fit and able to stand for long time periods
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Location: Blacktown & Erskine Park, NSW

Hours of Work: Shifts available between 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am, Monday-Sunday

Salary: $32 - $37 per hour
