ABOUT THE ROLE
CEHL is focused on creating positive housing outcomes for our partner housing co-operatives, co-op members and renters. We are looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join the Asset Services team - key accountabilities will include (but are not limited to):
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The role will ideally suit an experienced Real Estate Project and Development Coordinator with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
