Key Responsibilities:

• Assist conveyancers with file management and database upkeep.
• Conduct comprehensive title searches and prepare necessary legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and legal representatives.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Previous experience in conveyancing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
