The role:

• Starting times vary between 4am - 10am - Flexibility with shift times is a must in this role.
• Monday to Friday
• 8 - 10 hour shifts 
• 30+ hours a week
• Overtime available when busy
• Efficiently pick orders using Voice Picking System.
• Use of LLOP - an electric Low-Level Order Picking machine
• Working towards and meeting company KPI's/targets
• Physical fitness: This is a physically demanding role, involving consistent lifting of 15kg+ items. 

Skills and experience required for the role:

No prior experience is required for this role, as long as you can handle physical repetitive lifting, have a positive attitude, are reliable and motived, then we want you!

• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when required & ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment
• Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently and able to meet KPIs/targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
• Having a strong work ethic, as well as being reliable & committed
• Reliable transport
• Previous warehouse/DC experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Voice headset experience desirable but not needed
• A forklift license with high-reach experience is desirable but not needed
