Operations Associate

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are looking to start their career in operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing inventory levels and product placement within the store. 2. Support the operations team in coordinating shipments and receiving merchandise. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 5. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets. 7. Assist with any other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the store.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a passion for the automotive industry is a plus. 2. Strong adaptability to changing work environments and priorities. 3. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. 4. Must be eligible to work in Australia. 5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
