As Digital Marketing Coordinator you will spearhead the execution of digital marketing strategies, elevating Suncare’s online brand presence, attracting new customers, and engaging with our existing audience.

In this full time, permanent role, based in Suncare’s Maroochydore office, you will be a crucial player in communicating our expertise and services to the wider community.

More about the role

Reporting to the Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with team members to develop high-impact digital content and campaigns to drive customer activity, grow followers and online participation, and increase brand and service awareness. 

You will also:

  • Maintain comprehensive management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and fostering community engagement in collaboration with the marketing team. 
  • Actively monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to cultivate a positive online community.
  • Execute and optimise social media advertising campaigns, ensuring marketing platform integration.
  • Assist in email campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, audience engagement and tracking of results (MailChimp).
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, optimising campaigns for maximum impact. 
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, relevance and usability.
  • Generate creative ideas for digital and website enhancements, aligning with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Implement and optimise SEM/SEO activities.
  • Create, monitor, update and optimise Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns to increase business outcomes and return on investment.
  • Participate in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) implementation and optimization activities.
  • Intranet maintenance and development including posting internal communications content on Suncare’s intranet site.

What you will bring to our team:

As a customer and continuous improvement focussed professional, we will value your passion and experience in implementing successful marketing and communication strategies. You will also possess:

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or related field, with sound knowledge and experience implementing key marketing principles and strategies. 
  • Significant experience in a digital marketing, content creation and/or social media role, including managing Google ad campaigns.
  • Google Analytics knowledge and experience to understand online traffic and generate marketing reports.
  • Demonstrated advanced understanding and use of social media platforms for brand visibility, brand credibility, business development/growth, and customer engagement. 
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in using Canva, website CMS
  • (WordPress), Mailchimp, Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft SharePoint. 
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO and marketing analytics.
  • Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing experience. 
  • Highly developed data analysis skills to analyse marketing data to adjust campaigns and influence target audiences and maximise return on investment. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to use own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring vehicle is appropriately registered and insured.
  • Willingness to travel to Suncare offices and locations as required in the discharge of work duties.
