Management Accountant - Rapid Progression

• Hybrid role with 2 days working from home! 
• $100k - $110k + Super

Due to growth, there is an exciting vacancy for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their high-performing team. Reporting to a Finance Business Partner, you will have a broad set of responsibilities including: 

• Monthly management reporting 
• Assisting with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts 
• Preparation of financial statements 
• Variance and performance analysis 
• Assisting with monthly and yearly financial reports 
• Business partnering with key internal/external stakeholders
• Ad hoc projects and process improvements 

You will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 3+ years experience in either a chartered (Big 4 or mid tier) or commercial organisation. You will have fantastic communication skills, can articulate finance to non-finance stakeholders and have a desire to further grow your career.
