Job Description - Radiographer CT

I-MED Western Australia are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new clinic in Canning Vale, early 2022. We are pleased to be seeking a generalist Radiographer and a Radiographer with CT experience to join the team on a permanent basis.

Canning Vale, clinic soon to be opening, has a new requirement for a talented CT Radiographer to drive the delivery of high quality, accurate images and patient services.

You will ideally be someone who wants to develop their skillset in CT or have the experience and want to build on this knowledge. You will enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment and thrive in a collaborative setting

Key accountabilities include:

  • Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

  • Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

  • Demonstrating flexibility by working across modalities such as General and CT when required

Key selection criteria:

  • Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography

  • Membership with Australian Institute of Radiography or eligible for membership

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff

  • Experience using GE equipment desirable

I-MED has a policy which requires all I-MED staff to have their first dose of COVID-19 vaccination by 31 October 2021 and their second dose by 15 December 2021, unless they have a valid medical exemption. Some staff will be subject to Government public health orders to be vaccinated earlier than this date. The successful candidate for this role will be required to comply with I-MED’s policy and any applicable Government public health orders. During our interview process, we will be asking you to please confirm your ability to meet the above-mentioned requirements of the role.
