Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Brand Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the design and production of key marketing and other materials across internal and external channels, end to end concept rollout for key brand and marketing design deliverables.

The Creative Brand Lead is 12-month fixed-term Maternity Leave Coverage role.

This role is a hybrid opportunity and open to applicants across various states. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of campaign assets.
• Lead creative design and copywriting.
• Drive creative direction and brand messaging.
• Develop digital assets across various platforms.
• Collaborate on website design for enhanced UI/UX and online sales.
• Create and update internal materials for company-wide communication and project support.
• Analyse and optimise creative performance.
• Provide monthly and post-campaign creative reporting.
• Deliver innovative design solutions while staying current with trends.
• Lead design elements of key marketing projects.
• Manage relationships with agencies for timely production.
• Interpret briefs from concept to finished art.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Strong skills in the Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and XD or Sketch).
• Proven experience in a Graphic Design role including experience using the most commonly used design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator or/and InDesign.
• Proficient in creating video content.
• Strong copywriting and content development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design preferred but not essential.
• Strong level of customer focus with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient relationship building and influencing skills.
• High level of verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
• Ability to use relevant marketing software and products including SFMC, Salesforce, Zoho, Google/Digital Analytics and the Adobe suite of products.
