OT Business Analyst - Immediate Start

Embedded Expertise have an immediate requirement for an OT Business Analyst to offer operational and technical support one of our cllients in Queensland. Working with Project Managers across several projects you will have a key role liaising with stakeholders and the management team.

As a Senior BA, you will support and lead the development of business cases and investment evaluation analysis to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.

You will:

• Strong ability to communicate with engineers and Operations people on a technical level, understanding engineering jargon and references.
• Run workshops with technical people, engineers and operations people.
• Develop Strategic business cases, Steering Committee packs, process documentation, business cases, project change requests and other supporting documentation required to support the project.
• Work across multiple projects for different project managers.
• Experience spending time out in the field with project managers or other stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Business or Engineering
• 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst working in engineering, mining, or utilities projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Co-ordination & facilitation of development & capability training packages,
• Developing and leveraging strong working relationships with key internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement.
