Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Shopify administration, Klaviyo, and Canva.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify store, including landing pages, pricing, and product listings.
• Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers
• Create eye-catching graphics using Canva / Photoshop for various promotional materials
• Plan and execute monthly promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors supporting ecommerce services (Copywriters, Advertisers, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers)
• Lead project management efforts for implementing growth strategies.
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure optimal functionality of the Shopify store.
• Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
