Casual Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunities - Rewarding Work

Based at one Melbourne's premier sporting stadium's, Marvel Stadium, we have an opportunity to be a part of our leadership team and support our Food and Beverage operation deliver an exceptional experience across a number of diverse events. This role will be assisting in the management of our food and beverage activities to achieve the site's financial plan, profit margins and business growth, while building Delaware North and client's reputation. 

Responsible for leading and supporting our staff to ensure operational activities maximises return on investment, while ensuring compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures.  You will also deliver retail food and beverage product and services that meet and exceed client and customer expectations to position Delaware North as a quality driven provider of food and beverage catering services. 

Availability:

You will be required to work flexibly in line with the operations which includes weekend work, early and late shifts. 

Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant experience leading across a sizable operation with multiple outlets
• Previous experience leading and supporting teams with exposure to conflict resolution
• Knowledge or experience in stock taking
• Understanding labour controls and food cost management - desirable
• RSA Certificate
• Food Handlers Certificate
• Barista trained - desirable
• Cocktail knowledge - desirable
