Hands on, broad Finance Officer role
Highly dynamic and globally recognised company in the medical manufacturing industry
Western Suburbs location with plenty of parking and great transport links available! Offering flexible working arrangements, paying between $40 - $45/hr + Super for an ongoing temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent.

Company Background

Our client is a reputable, leading company in the medical manufacturing industry, highly recognised for their expertise, growth, and constant innovation. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and are seeking a talented Finance Officer to assist them through the new year and potentially longer term.

The Role

Your role as the Finance Officer is a full-function opportunity, working within a close-knit team. You will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for:

AR – daily receipting of payments and chasing customers
AP – 3-way matching and invoice processing through POs
Month-end journal entries
Fortnightly payroll processing

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Available immediately
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry
Medical or manufacturing industry experience is preferable
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
