You will enjoy a broad role working directly with two Partners in a high performing, friendly and innovative real estate team acting for listed and unlisted financial and property institutions to private property owners, occupiers and developers.  

Specific areas of focus 

• Large scale disposals and acquisitions including property due diligence audits
• Leasing, including commercial and industrial leasing 
• Property structuring (including joint ventures) 
• Drafting of registered and 'off the plan' disposal and acquisition documentation including options to purchase 
• Development of joint venture and ongoing leasehold, user agreements and licences 
• Land and access agreements, including preparation of building management statements
