Looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join an innovative IT service provider (MSP) based on the Northern Beaches. They are a result driven company with a very strong reputation in the community bringing over 20 years’ experience delivering a suite of IT and Technology services.

Key Accountabilities

• This is a hands on role tech role
• Network and Customer Experience a must
• Provide technical support and administration
• Collect, analyse, and verify information to configure and/or integrate new hardware and software upgrades in an existing network
• Administer critical systems and functions including, but not limited to, Wintel Windows Server, Active Directory, Office365, MS Exchange, Physical Server Hardware, Azure, Windows AD (multi-site)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to and resolve technical incidents and problems within service level timeframes
• Maintain a high standard of support and administration documentation for technical services
• Participate in projects where required
• Liaise with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and support as needed

Important experience with -
1.      HPE  Blade environments (C7000's / Synergy / Apollo) (Gui and Cli-based config and troubleshooting)
2.      Must have understanding and ability to manage configure and guide on the Blade Fabric configurations and troubleshooting
3.      HPE MSA Storage (GUI and command line level configuration and troubleshooting)
4.      Microsoft Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 to deep understanding of Clustering, Active directory (Multi-Site environments), Hybrid and on-premise deployments.
5.      SQL Servers including Clustering and High availability
6.      Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer management. Advanced management and troubleshooting - Storage / Networks / Converged solutions / PowerShell, console and GUI-based tools
7.      HPE (Comware & Procurve) Switching including unicast/multicast setups / RADIUS / Routing
8.      BGP using Fortinet firewalls
9.      FortiOS configuration to be able to review and guide other engineers and troubleshoot for Unicast and Multicast
10.   VOIP / Pbx systems management
11.   O/S hardening for Windows and Linux environments
12.   Network design and documentation
13.   Compute design and documentation
14.   Managed High Availability and Fault Tolerant systems.
15.   Azure Hybrid deployments.
