Our staffs are there to capture our guests’ unique personality and spirit in stunning images, and then handcraft them into original pieces of contemporary art that will transform the character of their home.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To Provide world class hospitality and service to every Verve client.

• To assist in the administration, customer relations & day-to-day running of the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all Verve clients are greeted, provided high quality refreshments, food and given the Verve standard of customer service.
• Ensuring utmost customer service in the studio and provide best possible outcome.
• Maintaining an immaculate studio environment at all times.
• Ensuring a productive and efficient office by controlling the day-to-day running and administration of the Richmond studio.
• Managing all incoming calls and ensuring voicemails are checked twice daily.
• Tracking Studio Customer Satisfaction Scores and generating weekly reports.
• Liaising with other departments to help facilitate client order requirements and marketing materials.
• Ordering of stock and marketing material
• Banking and studio invoice management and processing finance applications if necessary.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES

• Able to work full weekends and some evening work - REQUIRED
• Confident and outgoing personality
• IT Literate
• Exceptional presentation
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to problem solve
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• BONUS: You have passion and skills in photography and would want to develop it with 1 of Australia's leading photography company.

Please note: We are seeking professionals who are available to work evening and double weekend shifts.
