New Exciting Warehouse Officer Roles Now Available for Immediate Start - base at Baringa, Sunshine Coast 4551 (Caloundra area, Aura Business Park)

Skills & Qualifications 

Compulsory - LF High Risk Forklift License (do not apply if you don't have this license)

Key Outcomes/Accountabilities 

1. Participate in inventory and batch control processes & cyclic stocktaking events; 

2. Participate in receiving, warehousing and dispatching operations i.e., 

a) Calling customers – Pre delivery, Service calls, queries etc. 

b) Updating & making records in Customer Resource Management tool (CRM); 

c) Systems administration (Accentis) – despatching orders, Invoice Receipts basic stock management etc. 

d) Issuing/returning Hire stock; 

e) Picking/staging orders; 

f) Unloading containers/incoming stock shipments; 

g) Stowing, moving & labelling stock etc. 

h) Preparing consignments; 

i) Loading/unloading delivery & Pop up trucks; 

j) Logging consignments in 3rd party logistics portals; 

k) Work with 3rd party installation and delivery contractors; 

l) Cleaning & preparing rental equipment. 

3. Chain of Responsibility knowledge & understanding 

4. Assist with run scheduling and planning for in house deliveries; 

5. Participate in the product service function i.e.,

a) Assess, fault find and provide corrective solutions over the phone; 

b) Actively reduce the requirement for onsite service calls by effective communication, remote diagnosis and corrective actions; 

c) In conjunction with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager; schedule or attend onsite service calls; 

6. Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse and equipments.
