The opportunity Reporting into a highly experience Industry Leader who believes in building a dedicated team through training, collaboration and knowledge share. In this role you are responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B client files – to determine the most effective action to take to recover debt and resolve outstanding balances. You will be interacting with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to communicate, influence and build rapport is critical.
