As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Manage account activities, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any issues or discrepancies - Provide product information and support to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the account management team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or account management - Independent and energetic personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Strong soft skills, including persuasion and strategic planning, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
