Responsibilities Facilitate in developing Sales and Distribution Strategy & Plan and manage execution; Manage revenue & profitability in B2B channels and achieve Sales targets; Develop strong long term working relationships with our wholesale &retail partners, through effective planning and use of strategic and commercial knowledge to drive sales and market share; Develop and onboard new customers, and launch new products in B2B Sales Channels; Create training materials and provide regular training to all customers; Complete operational requirements in accordance to business needs; Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial driven culture; Providing timely and accurate technical support to customers; Ability to manage sales activities, budgeting and forecasting; Ongoing analysis of sales performance metrics and look at new ways to improve sales performance Requirements Over 5 years of sales related experience in Australia (ideally 3 years or above in Internet industry B2B product sales and 2 years or above experience in team or project management) Health supplements/pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred Strategically and operationally delivering results Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships Effective communication, influencing and networking skills Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact What’s in it for you?
