Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Atlas Arteria is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services to clients and ensure a seamless experience - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and valuable information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in client services or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs - Reliable and adaptable with a high level of attention to detail - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
