Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Brambles Limited is looking for a reliable and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Monitor key performance indicators and create reports for clients on a regular basis - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client service management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
