Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Humana is seeking a hardworking and resilient Client Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and adaptability. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide support with any inquiries or issues they may have - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
