We are seeking applications from experienced HSE Coordinatorsto join our team and help influence the safety culture on site. This position will work on an even time 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth 

Directly partner with Project Managers and site HSE teams to provide support to improve the understanding of the nature of risks now and as they change, and facilitate action to improve the safety and wellbeing of people and continually improve HSE performance.

Key Requirements 

• Previous experience working within the Underground mining industry. 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE role, including time spent in a site based senior HSE role 

• Substantial understanding and working knowledge of Australian OHS legislation and industry standards 

• Facilitate and assist with collating and reporting safety performance data, and incident investigations 

• Strong understanding and capability in hazard identification, risk assessments and controls 

• Underground mining experience, and auditing qualifications (desirable) 

• Training and Assessing and ICAM Incident Investigation (highly regarded) 

• Tertiary health and safety qualifications or a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety 

• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
