Customer Service Associate

Travelers Cos. is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. - Utilize analysis and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits. - Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
